A ceiling is the one surface everybody in the room sees at once. Ours run straight, sit level and tie in clean at the walls.

Floors that take the traffic.

Service bays, warehouses and clinics are hard on a floor. We put down the coating system your spec calls for and finish it clean to the walls.

Do you install acoustical ceilings?

On select jobs, yes. We install acoustical ceiling grid and tile for new construction, renovation and tenant finish-out, and coordinate it with the rest of the finish.

Do you do commercial epoxy floors?

On select jobs, yes. We apply commercial epoxy floors for service bays, warehouses, clinics and other spaces, to the coating system your spec calls for.

Do you do framing?

On small interior rebuilds, yes: a few partition walls, soffits or furring, and the board, ahead of the finish. On larger jobs, we pick up from your framer.

Do you hang wallcovering?

Yes. We install commercial wallcovering, and we finish the drywall underneath to the level it needs.

Do you do fire-rated walls and firestopping?

Yes. We handle fire-rated wall finishing and firestopping as part of the finish scope.

Do you handle tenant finish-out?

Yes. Ceilings, walls, texture, paint and floor coatings, so a finish-out has fewer trades to coordinate.

Do you apply specialty coatings?

Yes, including high-performance and anti-microbial coatings, to whatever your spec calls for.

Do you paint stucco and EIFS?

Yes, we prime and paint stucco and EIFS. We don't install it.

Can you fix another crew's work?

Yes. We handle repairs, punch lists, and work that wasn't finished to spec.

Do you take maintenance and repaint contracts?

Yes. We take ongoing maintenance and repaint work for commercial buildings.

Where do you work?

Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend, including Nueces, San Patricio, Aransas, Kleberg, Jim Wells, Refugio and Bee counties, plus McAllen, Harlingen and Brownsville in the Rio Grande Valley.
